Sales Tax Exemption Certification

TMI is exempt from paying state sales tax. If you are purchasing an item for TMI, print a copy of the Texas Sales & Use Tax Exemption Certification and take it with you to the store so that you do not have to pay sales tax for the item(s) you are purchasing; TMI does not reimburse for sales tax. When you are making online purchases, you must contact the vendor prior to making the purchase if sales tax will be included in the online order. Contact the vendor and provide the exemption certification so that they may set up their online ordering processes to remove sales tax from your order; again, TMI does not reimburse for sales tax. Logo and Letterhead Information

If you need to use the TMI logo, contact Stephanie Livsey, Director of Community Relations, at s.livsey@tmi-sa.org. Please remember, all items (t-shirts, posters, etc.) that use the TMI logo must be approved by the Community Relations department to ensure that the logo is being used in accordance with our logo standards. If you need an electronic copy of the TMI letterhead for official school business, you may login here and download the letterhead and school logo; you will need to enter your FA Web user login information for access.
