Email & TMI User Account Questions:

Not receiving email from TMI?

Be sure that you have not selected the option to stop receiving email from TMI. Please note that some email programs may mark messages from us as spam even though you have not indicated the message is spam. To avoid this from happening, please add webmaster@tmi-sa.org to your list of email contacts. This will prevent most programs from marking our messages as spam. You may have stopped receiving email from TMI if your email program marked a message from us as spam without you realizing it.

If you do not find any TMI messages in your spam or junk folder in your email program, it's possible that your email address may have been blocked. You may contact webmaster@tmi-sa.org to find out if this has happened. If your address has been blocked by the server, you will need to request that your email be unblocked by our email service prover, Blackbaud. To do so, send an email to: unblockme@blackbaud.com and

  1. Send the request from the email address that is to be removed from the blacklist.
  2. Your request must specifically ask to be removed from the blacklist.
  3. Your request must specifically name the organization that should be allowed to send email to the address in question.

Requests will be fulfilled within 48 business hours. A confirmation will be sent to you when the email address has been removed from the blacklist.

How to access your Outlook email online:

Click on the "Webmail" link in the upper-right side corner of the TMI website. Please note, your first login must be done on a TMI campus computer.

How to reset student passwords for a TMI user account:

Students may contact the librarian, Lynn Lada, during regular school hours from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm to have their TMI account password reset (this is the account that is used to login to a TMI computer and access your Outlook webmail account from the Campus Email link).

How to reset your website password (not your TMI account/Outlook login):

If you are having trouble logging in to a page on the TMI website that requires a password (this is different from your TMI Outlook username/password), click on the "Forgotten Password" link on the login screen. If you enter your User ID under Forgotten Password, your password will be emailed to you. If you enter your Email under Forgotten User ID, your user ID will be emailed to you, but your password will be encrypted. If you have trouble, you may send an email to webmaster@tmi-sa.org to have your password reset.
